This note was sent to households on Barnaby Street:
On Tuesday, October 26th, the Department of Transportation, Urban Forestry Administration will test our new Tree Radar Unit, that will be used to ensure the accuracy in diagnosing decay in District’s street trees.Between 9:00am and 5:00pm power will be turned off in your neighborhood to ensure the safety of the people operating the equipment.
We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience as we strive to improve the quality of our street maintence program.
